Sam did an amazing job, he was very patient with me, during this process. I struggled with understanding the paperwork, and he reassured everything was fine, and would explain it another way to help me understand what I was doing. I would highly recommend your business to anyone looking to refinance. Thank you very much, and I’m very grateful for your help.

Nick Holding and Sam Armijo were both great in working through the process of refinancing my truck. Nick was completely honest up front and answered the phone each and every time I called. The experience was completely stress free! It was so wonderful to talk to people that did not just have a "quota" in mind, and had the customers real interest and concerns at heart. Thank you all for all the great customer service.

I am so beyond appreciative with Rateworks. FIrst and foremost to deal with an actual person in the US is amazing. But for them to listen to you and truly try to do their best to help you is even better. My goodness its overwhelming that they are truly listening and trying to assist in a sometimes trying process.
