We switched over from using radios through the big “M” guys and were paying $35 a month per radio! These radios work just as well for our small plumbing business at a fraction of the cost.

I called to speak to a sales rep, and did not receive an answer. But the company reached back out to me and I do want to share my experience. I spoke with a person named Kerra, and I will say she was very professional. She started off with apologizing, and did explain they are a small, but growing company. She then proceeded to answer all of my questions, and even offered more information than I expected. She was friendly and insightful. Bill Kelly recommends Rapid Radios. I bought 2 Rapid Radios. Worked perfectly right out of the box. They send them already set up for you. All you have to is turn them on. Plan to use them when traveling with family in multiple cars.
