We do provide a coverage map on our website so customers can review expected service in specific locations prior to use. Regarding pricing, our radios are advertised as no monthly fees and no contracts, and each device includes one full year of service at the time of purchase. After that, there is an optional annual renewal fee to continue service. This information is available on our website, including on product and service-related pages.
