I'm 68 and have trained in martial arts for 40 years, done a bunch of popular training programs on line and by DVD and had results. But, with time being at a premium for me because I choose to keep working, I needed something to hit it hard and brief. Fabian is real, compassionate and with his humble sense of humor he makes getting the job done that much more enjoyable. It's demanding but very doable. The bands are tough and first rate. Support is fast and great. The community that has been built gives members inspiration and accountability to keep showing up and pressing play. You don't have to look like Fabian, just train with him. You'll find your version of Beast.

Basement Beast is not for the faint of heart. It's a very intense workout program, with very high expectations, but it has an incredible payoff. I've never felt better than when I've completed a workout with Basement Beast. I would strongly recommend the company to anyone looking for an intense (and QUICK) at-home workout they can complete at any time. I'll continue using this program for a long time to come!

Basement Beast is INCREDIBLE!!! I'm a 45-year-old, self-employed, father and husband. I live out in the country and don't have any gyms near me, plus I'm too damn busy to go to a gym anyway. My wife and I have been working out together for 10 years doing a variety of very popular at home workout programs. In that time I did get fit, but never really got to the place I want to be... I was strong, but not impressive. I never got to a point where I had a 6 pack. I was never able to develop pectoral muscles. I basically resigned myself to the fact that my body just wasn't going to get there. THEN I FOUND BASEMENT BEAST!!! It's been less than a year since we started this program...or I should say...these programs. The 12 week transformation was an awesome start...and I saw great results ONCE I STARTED FOLLOWING THE MEAL PLANNING RECOMMENDATIONS...but the ability to go on to Shred to cut more fat, Mass to build more muscle, and Beast Nation to make sure the workouts are all different and you never get bored doing the same things over and over again...There is nothing more I could possibly ask for from an at home workout program. Fabian rocks!! That helps too. It's easy to work out when you look forward to seeing the guy leading the charge! I legitimately like this guy. He's real...he's funny...he's engaging. It's a welcome change from some of the other program leaders that I constantly rolled my eyes at. Following the meal (macro) recommendations Fabian has put out based on my individual goals during each specific program, has changed the game entirely. Those pecs I wanted, that 6 pack...you bet your ass I got those now!! I WILL NEVER even consider changing to another program. All of this in 25 to 30 minutes a day including warm-ups and little extras I like to do at the end... BEAST NATION FOREVER!!! Boom! NICE!!

I was a little weary of the potential of the 12 week program at first, to be honest. But I signed up for it since I was starting an 11 week parental leave, so I figured the timing would be ideal. So far, 7 weeks in, I have gained a few benefits from it: I feel better, my joints have loosened up from not exercising for at about a year and a half (COVID), my flexibility is much better and even though I haven't weighed myself since starting the program, I'm pretty sure I have lost weight. This is based on what others have noticed. I'm 40 and my weight at the start was around 230 lbs. I have literally sweated buckets during every session so I know something good is happening. Fabian, overall, is very good at explaining what each session will entail. I did discover that, even though he tells us to use a towel around posts or rails for resistance bands to prevent the from snapping, in his videos, I do not see him following his own advice. It's a petty thing, however, I am being honest. The workouts become more and more intense as the weeks go on and I have found them to be challenging, but enjoyable. NOTE: I live in Canada and experienced a lengthy delay in receiving my resistance bands (about 2-3 weeks). So this set me back in the program starting at week 2. I just repeated week one until the bands arrived. I don't know about the shipping to other countries, but this is something to keep in mind if people decide to order the bands. I do find the bands are made very well and have great effect during the workouts. As far as the exercises themselves, I found a few of them to be for more advanced exercising and not beginners. Once I was able to get some strength back, I didn't have any issues performing any of them. I should mention I have NOT been strictly following his diet recommendations. My wife and I have an 18 month old so eating right can be challenging at times, though we are doing our best to adhere to somewhat of a healthy diet. Overall, I would recommend the program to anyone who is looking to start exercising or get back into it!

My complete experience with the Basement Beast program has been nothing but positive. Fabian and his team are some of the most genuine and encouraging people I have come across in the fitness industry. When I started the program, I was already in shape and was just looking for something effective I could do at home. This fits the bill perfectly and I have gained a little more muscle mass from these workouts. I'm a Beast for life now.

Members Website is a crap. It is way too slow as if we are in 90’s. you click on something, wait for a minute, boom…you are on the same page. Struggled for an hour. Gave up👎🏻

I've always struggled with keeping and maintaining a workout program. Basement Beast is DIFFERENT. The results that I've seen in only 10 weeks make me so excited to keep going. People have been coming up to me and asking if I'm slimming down because I AM! Noticeable difference. I feel stronger. Healthier and more energetic. This program is a legit GAME. CHANGER. If you commit and keep pressing play, you WILL see results. Excited to continue on this lifelong journey of health and fitness with my Beast Fam!!!!

The entire program is awesome and has changed my life, both physically and mentally!
