Basement Beast uses resistance and gravity to achive many of the same workouts found via machine workouts, but with less wear and tear on your joints. If you're morbidly obese, like I was when I started, then this is the journey for you. You can modify exercises as well to meet your physical limitations in the beginning and progressively adjust as you lose weight. Overall, I am still enjoying my weight loss/muscle building journey and Basement Beast provides a safe, judgement free way for me to "hit the gym" from the comfort of my own home and travels (hotel room). Thank You Fabian For Creating This!!

Process to sign up was quick, and the only issue I had was resolved within a few days.

Even though I am only on the 3rd week of the 12 week transformation program I am already getting the best results that I have ever got from any program. I have more energy, clearer focus, and more energy. The best part is when I first started I was 223 lbs. But now weigh 213 lbs. This is not a scam. If you put in the work the better the results. Fabian is great for motivation. I would have given 5 stars but I am only a quarter through the program
