I bought a pair of glasses bc my nutritionist recommended them, I was experiencing blood sugar swings and he mentioned that light and circadian rythm needed to be adjusted along with stress management and mineral supplementation. It's been over 6 months I'm using the red glasses and it's been amazing, I can wind down easily and I used to have a lot of issues to sleep, now is so much better. I have more resilience and I don't have much light sensitivity like I used to have.

This is a great company with quality products. I first found out about them from a podcast. I heard Matt speaking about circadian rhythm and he was so knowledgeable. I checked out their website and I had never heard of daylight glasses but the science was interesting. I purchased a pair and have been using it ever since. This was back in 2020 during covid. I was at home on the computer more than ever and it relieved all my symptoms (headaches, eye strains, energy, focus, sleep etc.) Yes the products are a bit pricey but if you benefit from it then its worth it. I'm glad I purchased my pair and I highly recommend them.

I wear Ra Optics everyday at work while at my computer and I’m very confident they help reduce eye strain and fatigue. The glasses themselves are made from quality materials and are sturdy as well as aesthetic.

I purchased the Clyde - Daylight 7 months ago and have noticed a huge improvement in my eye health. Due both on-line work and classes, my eyes were constantly hurting and I was becoming desperate. I tried another brand of cheaper blue-light glasses and could not tell any difference. I decided to try RaOptic and immediately felt relief. My eyes gradually returned to normal without any discomfort. My eyes are still sensitive and if I forget to wear the glasses while on the computer, they will tell me. But I can quickly put on the Clydes to find relief. I was quite sceptical about the price but they have been worth it. Thank you!

I had a few questions on purchasing as I bought for my daughter and myself and customer service got right back to me and followed up with me when I didn't respond for a few days. Excellent customer service and I love the glasses. My only other comment is I would love these in a bi focal.

Ever since I first started waring these glasses it’s changed everything about my nighttime routine. I ware them every night about 2-3 hours before bed to wind down and then I also couple it with my alpha stem device that is for my TBI treatments… I have over 20…being a retired Army veteran I take my recovery very serious these days. These glasses are the gold standard in my recovery process!!!!
