if it was for candy i would probably rate them a 1!! the rep who helped me was awesome but the quality in the furniture sucks!!! the bed i have has 3 small stick under the bed that wouldnt hold up 4 children! i was promised a metal bedframe instead and still yet have not heard back from anyone!!! they can come get their stuff for all i care!! i dont want it!!!

Bought a sectional and a coffee table from them along with the warranty and it has been a disaster. Coffee table for damaged and getting the warranty to cover it was like pulling teeth. Then I called about the couch having a slit in the leather and the warranty doesn't cover the leather. Why sell me a warranty on something if it won't take into effect when I need it. I will never buy from Rana Furniture.

Super bad service in the store that is in the 8st of the sw of miami, thay told me that the delivery will be on time and the day before they cahnge de delivery day and separe the order in two diferents order, when i called to the store they dont want to help me and as a client i fell bad and cheated.
