Rana 8 delivered our furniture in a timely and efficient manner. The staff was very professional and handled with extremely care the furniture. Handling the furniture was very difficult because we live in in a 4 floor, but they did their best to get the work done asap. These delivery guys from rana 8 will succed your expectations for sure.

Para lo que yo buscaba estuvo bien la variedad. Compre dos muebles y son super comodos y los colores justos. La atencion recibida le falto ganas, recomendaciones, entusiasmo y senti que es algo de la tienda no es personal. Es importante tomar en cuenta la moticacion que podemos darle a nuestros empleados. Mejorar la iluminacion seria un buen punto de atencion. A la hora de facturar es muy lento el proceso. Y es importante realizar la pregunta de que si los muebles son para un negocio o el hogar antes de ofrecer el seguro de los muebles, ( luego de que acepte me lo negaron por ser para un negocio)

My furniture was delivered broken. Called immediately and I still do not have an answer to when they will replace my sofa. The only person who has gone out of her way and guided me and has followed through in the Palmetto location is Adriana.

So I had the most memorable experience with Gevel Ortiz at Rana Furniture and I got just what I wanted. I was pleased with the product (visually) and I even gave an outstanding review over the phone on behalf of the delivery crew. However, I noticed (a few days later) that one side was not sturdy. I called Own It For Less immediately and they referred me to Rana. I felt like this should have been handled by the company that made the actual delivery.
