As soon as I walked in tere was a friendly atmosphere. Everyone trying to make you feel welcomed. I was looking around and Everyone treated me well, but with respect. Usually when u go to a furniture store all they want to do is sell but not here

Excellent Service Attention and delivery time

I was shorted a chair at the time of pickup. I was then given the run around and many different stories regarding the missing chair. It has been implied that I am to blame for the missing item that was never given to me. Also, their Customer service is the worst. You will be placed on hold numerous times so they can get their story straight. You will also wait days for a call back. I am seeking legal assistance with resolving my issue.
