SOFA SLEEPER SAGGING WAY TOO EARLY!!!! I WAS TOLD IT WAS NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR. I HAVE NEVER USED THE SLEEPER. WE ARE WORKING PEOPLE THAT DO NOT HAVE MUCH TIME TO EVEN SIT ON TH SOFA . THERE ARE ONLY TWO PEOPLE IN MY HOME. THE LOVESEAT IS GREAT. I AM THE OWNER OF A DUPLEX. WHEN I PURCHASED THIS FURNITURE I HAD AN EMPTY SIDE. I HAD IT ON THAT SIDE FOR ABOUT FOUR MONTHS BEFORE I EVEN MOVED OVER. WHICH MEANS, I DIDN'T EVEN USE IT FOR THAT TIME. I JUST THINK THAT THIS WAS NOT PUT TOGETHER WELL. I SENT PICTURES OF THE SLEEPER TOUCHING THE FLOOR. I NOW HAVE BOARDS FROM HOME DEPOT UNDER THE COUCH SO THAT THE CUSHINGS WOULD NOT SINK IN. ITS EMBARRASSING AND I WILL NEVER, NEVER, NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM RANA AGAIN!!!!! THIS TWO STAR RATING IS NOT BECAUSE OF THE PEOPLE. IT'S BECAUSE OF FURNITURE!!!! THE PEOPLE WERE GREAT!!!

My bedroom set is everything! Was able to get approved through my job and sales associates were very attentive

I was changing my room one the legs of bed broke, it was an accident and I HAD paid for insurance, sent all info with pictures and it was denied. A leg of the bed that can be sent by mail. other THING they charge you for cleaning SUPPLIES that you never told me about. So far not happy.
