Bought a table and has rust in different areas and is les than a week old, i call RANA and they won't give me a full refund, when is their fault because the table is just low quality and they want me to pay a 30% restocking fee.

Horrible experience, we bought chairs and a dining room table when they delivered, we saw the chairs all rust, we never signed the received documents we told the guy to take the chairs back they left and didn't take it, we called the store and they said, they won't be received. How can they sell rusty furniture and don't be responsible? We took the chair back to the store, and they said they wouldn't return the money. So we now have a dispute on the credit card.

"ROBADO" Yo compré 3 cillas para un counter y la persona que me la vendió me dijo que eran para counter. Yo confíe en la información que ella me Esta dando y me las traje para la casa. Resulta que eran demasiado altas y no las puedo usar para un counter. La vendedora también me dijo que la sillas median 29" de alto y eso es incorrecto porqué la sillas miden 31 1/2 de alto. O cea que están engañando al público. Yo me demoré media hora para llegar a mi casa y cuando decempaque la primera cilla y traté de usarla en el counter y no cabía. O cea que me engañaron. Cuando llamé y dije que las iba a devolver me dijeron que tenía que pagar el 30%, Cosa que nunca me dijeron. Me mandaron hablar con la manager de customer service que se llama Caridad y fue bien Grosera y déspota y me dijo que si quería me buscará un abogado porque esa eran sus leyes y yo como cliente no las iba a cambiar. No entiendo que una persona que es manager de customer service hable y trate un cliente de esa manera. Yo entiendo que las empresas tengan sus leyes pero no fue culpa mía que me dieran una información FALSA. ENGAÑAN AL PÚBLICO. Primera y última que compró en ese almacén. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! This is long but it goes to show you how ridiculous this company is on handling outright mistakes and product quality issues. I ordered quite a bit of furniture, a bedroom set, living room set, four stools, computer desk, futon, outdoor patio furniture set. Their policy is once the delivery driver leaves the items are yours and you have 7 days to return them subject to a restocking fee. Problem is they will neither own up to their mistakes nor allow for order adjustments. Here are the issues: 1. Stools - One stool was used after the delivery truck failed. The piston to adjust the height immediately failed (think sitting on a pogo stick for a chair). They asked for a video and sent it within hours of delivery. They stated that returning the inferior items would be subject to a restocking fee. 2. Stools - After closer inspection of the other stools, two had manufacturer defects in the chrome finish, one fuzzy not polished where the coating was not properly applied. The other a line in the chrome finish. They stated that returning the inferior items would be subject to a restocking fee. 3. Stools - I said clearly these stools are not of sufficient quality and asked to return them. They stated that returning the inferior items would be subject to a restocking fee even with 3 out of 4 manufacturer defect items. 4. Living Room Set - The main set was comprised of two pieces. The two did not connect correctly where one piece sat more than an inch above the other (top and bottom of each piece did not align correctly). They moved the connecting brackets to attempt alignment and after four failed attempts, damaging the wood each time (think moving a picture frame up four times 1/4 inch at a time), I said take the piece back. As it stands right now, this set is paid for and I do not have the set. 5. Living Room Set - The sales rep made a mistake and deleted the white ottoman that came with the set and delivered a black ottoman instead. I refused the piece. 6. Office Futon - Instead of receiving a black futon I received a black ottoman from another living room set. 7. Office Desk - Desk arrived with damage and immediately sent a picture after the driver left. Sent a picture immediately after the drivers left. 8. Master Bedroom - Bunkie Boards were dirty! Sent a picture immediately after the drivers left. 9. Master Bedroom - I asked to delete certain items (manufacturer defect stools) and add a bureau. They wanted me to pay for all items without a credit so they could collect the restocking fee. I called an elevated this to a manager who sternly stuck to the company policy and restocking fee even with all the issues outlined above. I made numerous attempts to rationalize the situation with the manager to no avail. I asked for the manager's manager, nope she is the manager. I then was left do you really want to go to war instead of fixing the obvious issues, she said that's the company policy. War it is. Now the world needs to know, don't do business with this shady company that has no respect for the consumer or any reasonable customer service policies. Buyer beware!

Acabo de comprar un juego de alcoba por casi $5000 dólares y el colchón que me vendieron el cual era el que estaba de mostrarlo me lo dieron con 300 dólares de descuento, es decir pagué $1249 dólares por ese y oh sorpresa cuando lo reviso después de hecho el delivery y estaba roto por debajo y manchado con humedad, ahora que reclamo en menos de 24 horas de recibido no me quieren resolver nada. Es penoso el servicio al cliente, y pensar que por nosotros los clientes es que funcionan

el pasado miercoles mayo 4 recivi el deliver de las dos piezas compradas , al momento del deliver todo parecia bien , unos dias despues notamos la mala calidad del producto y fui a la tienda para buscar una solucion al problema , el vendedor ( el mismo que fue muy amigable a la hora de hacer la venta )se mostro muy hostil al saber que queria devolver el producto , apenas me dio ninguna solucion, como estava todavia en la semana de comprado y tenia derecho a una devolucion , intente devolverlo , a pesar que me querian cobrar el 30% de return fee , accedi a pagarlo y ahi viene otra sorpresa ,,,la tarjeta de credito que iva a usar para pagar ( la misma que me aceptaron a la hora de hacer el pago inicial )no era valida para ellos ,,,solo podia hacer el pago cash o con debito ( estamos hablando de alrededor de $1000 que tenia que pagar por un producto que apenas use ) , es una verguenza que usen a asi a los clientes honestos y trabajadores , en mi vida me he sentido tan estafado y humillado , conclusion , el producto es de una pesima calidad y el customer service es terrible , no le recomiendo ni a mi peor enemigo esta tienda. no cometan el mismo error que yo
