My account got terminated, because they claim I have violated Global Terms of Service of their service, without any explanation, what of their terms I violated.

While Ramp offers our small nonprofit some good functionality we have had several obstacles to integrating with our accounting software and the support is close to non-existent

Ramp is very user friendly and it is so customizable to fit the needs of your company

The company markets as a business credit card and expense management system. They really misrepresent themselves because they don't offer credit (which is fine... we don't need a loan). However we do use business credit cards for office supplies and employee travel expenses. Ramp is worthless for that. Wish they were up front and honest about what tehy do, would have saved lots of time.

Ramp has been awesome to work with - saves us a TON of time with receipts, expense reporting, etc plus the ease and usefulness of all the AI features and virtual cards for issuing to team members is a game changer. Highly recommend!

It's been a pleasure working with Ramp, it really streamlines the processes we have. I have been noticing improvements on the platform in small areas that are really helpful as well. A+++ Overall
