One of our company user's card got compromised so I called Ramp on what needed to be done since my boss was on vacation and I was on my own and so Jenna the Ramp support specialist walked me thru the portal on what I can do. She was very helpful and made my life easier.

Ramp has totally changed our spend controls for the better. We have real-time visibility into employee expenses vs. the prior system where we were tracking down paperwork and trying to allocate expenses up to 4 weeks after the transaction. Plus we are making more cash back on the program. A+

Ramp was once a reliable service with reasonable error rates, but my recent experiences have been nothing short of alarming. The system has become riddled with issues, including one instance where it displayed another corporation's login ID (an email address) to one of my employees. When I reported this serious breach of privacy, Ramp admitted they were aware of the issue, attributing it to a "glitch." But what kind of glitch exposes sensitive information to another user? Additionally, the auto receipt upload feature, which used to work flawlessly, now consistently mismatches receipts with transactions. This has created a significant burden, requiring manual corrections and additional follow-ups with uncooperative users. Customer service has also deteriorated noticeably. Responses are increasingly delayed, irrelevant, or outright inaccurate, compounding the frustration and prolonging problem resolution. At this point, I’m strongly considering switching to a competitor if they can guarantee a more stable, secure, and reliable service. Ramp's decline is disappointing and concerning for businesses that rely on it for financial operations.

HORRENDOUS COMPANY. I have asked Travis Kent @ tkent(at)ramp(.)com on NUMEROUS occasions to LEAVE ME ALONE. I swear every week he contacts me pretending he didn't see the email I sent requesting to be removed from Ramp's contact list. In the early days of Ramp, they rejected me because I didn't have a million dollars in revenue, now they are interested in smaller companies, and I AM NOT interested in THEM. STOP CONTACTING ME PLEASE!

They have the hallmarks of a company that cares more about THEIR revenue than caring about customers. Their salespeople didn't answer the questions we asked. They keep sending us emails, even after multiple requests to stop. Our firm has blacklisted them.

Scraped my data from somewhere, which I know all companies do nowadays unfortunately, but then they started emailing me at work trying to force a connection by talking about where I went to school and my local sports teams. 4 unsolicited messages in 7 business days. Absolutely creepy cold-calling. Watch out for Eashan Iyengar in particular.
