Rainwalk has a very simple process to file claims and to issue payments. It took about 3 1/2 weeks, and they deposited the funds directly to my bank account. The process was seamless.

Great company, easy to work with! We had surgery for our puppy and they were fantastic. We simply got the invoice from the vet, uploaded it, used the app and within a short time had our reimbursement. It's as easy as that!

They were everything you’d want from an insurance company. They didn’t bloat the process and gave me plenty of time (one week) to give them the proper paperwork when his original paperwork was missing (my fault).

After a brief glitch w initial claim set up, Rainwalk was easy to work with, responsive & quick to process Smokey's claim for needed teeth extraction. Reimbursement was auto deposited which was great. No waiting for a mailed check.
