Harvesting rain is a practice that has been around for centuries. Cisterns and other rain harvesting systems are widely used in Europe, Australia, India, the Bahamas and countless remote countries - many who depend solely on rain for day to day life. When water supply becomes limited, practical solutions can fill the gap. Rainwater harvesting systems provide distributed stormwater runoff containment while simultaneously storing water which can be used for irrigation, flushing toilets, washing clothes, washing cars, pressure washing,or it can be purified for use as everyday drinking water. You can really take this as far as you want. But it all comes down to various filtration and processing systems.Explore: Let us guide you through the entire process.Understand: With our rainharvest lab it becomes easy for you to envision a rainharvest system of your own.Collect: There is more rain coming, catch it.

The ordering process was simple to follow online, paperwork showing purchase and costs was clear, communication with the item ordered being back ordered was quick, communication when the item was available and shipped was also clear. I cannot give an opinion of the product as it is winter here and won't be used until much later this summer after the greenhouse is rebuilt.

Totally helpful with my many questions. I bought a 2100 gal tank and it was delivered quickly. I ordered a bunch of accessories and got them right away to. It’s supposed to rain this weekend and I’m looking forward to it.

Delivery was as promised, but the 4 PVC fittings looked like they were stored outside: dirty and the 2 page stick on instruction sheets did not function as they were stuck together! When U open a box and see dirt, it makes you wonder why Mgt. doesn't get out from behind the desk and look at how the shipping dept. is representing their company!!!

Jim, I'm sorry to hear that there was some dirt on your product. We send the product out exactly as we receive it from the manufacturer. We intentionally leave them in their original packaging to avoid any debris from getting inside the package, that being said i'm sure some products don't always arrive perfectly packaged and i apologize for that. I'm not sure what you mean by the stick on instruction sheet, there is an installation sheet inside the box if that is what you are referring to? Here is a link to instructions for installation: https://www.rainharvest.com/info/rainharvesting/Leaf-Eater-Advanced_4inch-leaflet.pdf Once again i'm sorry to hear your product arrived in that condition. If there is anything else we can do to help just give us a call. Thanks, The RainHarvest Team
