After a long wait the system had 2 bad dents and I’m still waiting to hear from them about replacing it

I agreed to purchase if I could pick up the "1,000 gallon Above Ground Tank" within the lead time of two weeks. I banked the job on the agreement. The order was dated 5/11/2020 and I received the Trip Ticket on 6/12. You do the math...

I made a purchase with RainHarvest Systems for a first flush package. The total cost came out to $359.07, the order was submitted via Dan Peters on February 20th. I was charged for the order and it was never delivered. Dan Peters contacted me via email and said they received the package back from the post. I requested that they ask the post what happened and send the order back to me. Instead they charged me for a restocking fee ($61.76) when I hadn't even received the order? What kind of company is this? Taking money from a potential customer without even having received any product? I wanted to leave a good review after Dan helped me select what I needed for my water system, but now, I am unable to. No product received, yet charged for a stocking fee? Unfortunately, the local vendors are closed due to COVID-19. I'm asking Rain Harvest to make this right.

I was told the Quartto Barrel Diverter would fit my gutter system, which is 2x2, even tho the manufactured for 2x3. I was also told that the device would filter needles and debris from the tank. Well it barely fit the gutters, which is not the end of the world but, it does not filter needles or debris at all. Upon contacting RainHarvest they just tried to sell me more products, instead of assisting in trying to make this one work right. Not the biggest fan all in all.

Hi Dan, We are very sorry to hear of the troubles this product has given you. The product page 'https://www.rainharvest.com/quattro-rain-barrel-filter.asp' states that it, 'Fits 2" x 3" (installed in front) and 3" x 4" downspouts (installed on the side)' but it does not mention any 2 x 2" downspout sizes, as that is not a common size. Our order was dropped and smashed while being processed. RainHarvest Systems stated they had no more of the barrels we ordered so we are out-of-luck. Horrible service and really bad employees. Was he on his cell phone while working the fork-lift? It wouldn't surprise me!

William, I'm sorry that you are under the impression your order was "dropped and smashed". After speaking to the warehouse manager he said there was never a mondo barrel that you ordered "dropped or smashed" and we have had them in stock all along. In your customer profile I see where you mentioned that you wouldn't sign the DocuSign for our terms about the freight and this lead you to cancel your order. We still have them in stock if you would like to sign the Docsign and we will gladly ship you what you ordered. Thanks, The RainHarvest Team
I installed eight of these boxes. Two came out of the crate broken and three more broke within weeks. The bottoms of the screens pop loose; and they can't be snapped back into place. That allows leaves through, which was the one thing that I was trying to prevent. After the purchase the company then asked me to review the product. After reading my review they contacted me about giving me money back which they haven't followed up on; and then they took down my review because it didn't address the purchase process. So, the purchase was easy; but the product is terrible; and their follow up was also terrible.

I work for Sweetwater Nursery , The review on Rainharvest Systems website for the employees and ,the specific product the MAS- CONTROL PUMP grossly inaccurate. we've had to buy 4 of the pumps for 2 wells in 18 years each time we've had the exact same problem. The housing of this unit cracks at the neck of the housing same place every time . We've asked Mark to contact dab pumps, that it must be a manufacturing problem each time he said buy another one and we will it send that back to factory maybe they will warranty it. Yea no such luck never heard from him or his office so now we are stuck trying to find some other product that will work
