I ordered some product, but received no shipping confirmation. After a week, I emailed but got no response. I emailed again almost 3 months later, still nothing. I finally disputed the charge with my credit card company. No phone number and no chat available, either.

I placed an order on June 16th and it is still pending. I have contacted the support email twice requesting updates on shipping timeline with no response. Previously I've purchased these products at Target and this is my first time placing an order with Rae's website directly. Based on this experience (rae's lack of responsiveness and failure to fulfill my order), I DO NOT recommend this company.
