Lost 10lbs after only 2 weeks without feeling like I was dieting, Suppresses urge to snack or have large/2nd portions of food. Initial onboarding, delivery of the prescription and instructions for administering the medication were simple and efficient. Dosage was tailored to my specific needs, and everything is monitored by a dedicated doctor. Just completed my 1st month review and already have a fresh prescription. Can't see how this could have gone any better.

Fantastic experience with Raeliva. The sign up and ordering process was smooth with good communication along the way. The injection was much easier than I expected. It works!

Scammy company that took over another company and harasses you about an order or RX that never went through. Customer service is non-existent and you will not get through to anything be but they will keep sending emails saying they "hear you" next step is reported by to the better business bureau. Stay away from them.

Hi Lina, Quick thing on the first part: nobody took over anything. We rebranded from OnlineSemaglutide.org to Raeliva back in August. Same company, same team, just a new name. We did send out an announcement, but if yours ended up in spam, I can see how an email from "Raeliva" out of the blue would feel off. On the follow-ups themselves — if your order never went through and we're still messaging you about it, that's on us to fix. Email us at [email protected] and mention this review. We'll pull up your account, shut off any more outreach, and sort out whatever's left. Refund too if there's one owed. — The Raeliva Team
Do not use this company. Be warned! The customer service is terrible. I was given conflicting medical advice, told I’d be sent GLP medication at a lower dose to help with side effects - that was never received. I told them repeatedly I did not want Zofran, and they continued to say they would send it, then apologize for the confusion and, then tell me they were sending it and I’d say no- 4 rounds of this. Today I get a message that it was sent with the tracking number. All communication is done with a case number, through email. It’s clear that no one is looking at a patients history nor prior communication. They should not be in business.

Hi Jaye, This isn't the experience we want anyone to have, and the Zofran piece in particular shouldn't have happened the way it did. When a patient has told us no, we need to hear it the first time, not the fourth. That was a support-side breakdown and we're looking at how a decision made on a call with the clinician didn't make it through to the team handling your messages. I'd like to make the situation right directly. Please reach out to [email protected] with details, and we'll refund anything that needs to be refunded and walk you through what happened on our end. We're also using this feedback to tighten how clinical notes from phone consults flow back to the support queue so another patient doesn't get the same experience. —The Raeliva Team
I spent a lot of time researching different GLP-1 options before deciding on Raeliva, and I’m so glad I did. I was honestly a little anxious about starting a GLP-1 but it has been such a positive experience for me. My body seems to respond really well to it, and I’ve started seeing results that I’ve spent years trying to achieve. Raeliva has made the whole process so easy. The intake was simple but thorough, with a detailed questionnaire and communication with the provider. My medication arrived quickly, and once I started, I began noticing results. It’s been really encouraging to finally see progress, and I’m so happy I decided to give it a try. Thank you, Raeliva!

I recently switched to Raeliva as my provider for Tirzepatide and my experience has been nothing but positive. The initial intake process was simple but thorough, communication was quick, transferring my dosage was easy, and I felt like I had a real person to turn to whenever I had questions. Since starting on Tirzepatide I have felt like the best version of myself - I've been able to eat the way I want because eating healthy finally feels easy without side effects and the cost with Raeliva is more than sustainable for me to reach my goal weight. I would and have recommended Raeliva to family and friends.
