Hello FindBuzz, That's awesome! Thank you for being our customer, and for sharing your experience with the community. We appreciate the opportunity to be your hosting provider of choice.
Trust me when I say you've never seen support any better. I never bought anything from RackNerd, but the founder Dustin was more than glad to help me learn how web-hosting works. If I have a problem, I would start a live chat and his team would answer it immediately. If I could give him more than 5 stars, then I would.

Hello Danish! Thanks for the feedback - I'm happy to hear that you're satisfied with our shared hosting services! Our shared hosting nodes are intentionally designed with CloudLinux, LiteSpeed Web Server w/ LSCache, and RAID-10 SSD drives to provide maximum performance and reliability. While it's great that you haven't had to engage with our support team yet, we are available to assist you 24/7 if you ever have any questions, or if you just want to say hello :-) We sincerely appreciate your business.
I was lucky enough to pick up a Black Friday special and have been using my server every day as a personal gameserver between me and a few friends. The network connection and ping times are remarkable I must say, and some of the best compared to the handful of other VPS providers I have tried in the past 3 years. If this keeps up I will be picking up another server to move my media server over here too.
