I had to pick a star just to get to this part of the review, I would give them Zero stars. This is a SCAM!!!

I ended up with two charges due to a fraud alert from my bank which I have been unable to cancel. Now I cannot access either of the two subscriptio s that I paid for and neither is visible in Google Subscriptions so I cannot cancel to avoid being charged twice again. Totally disappointed because I am paying twice and receiving absolutely nothing. AVOID THIS APP. Horrible customer service and not what is promised!!!

This app is extremely helpful with deciding what I would look like in clothes before I try them on myself. It's still in the honeymoon period but let's see how I go. So far so good.

It’s a complete scam. I could not cancel my subscription (it was not on apple or google) and after I wrote customer service asking to stop my subscription, I was charged 34euros with no option of refund. Finally, bank advised me to block my card to avoid being charged again.

Hello Gabriele! Thank you for telling us about this, and we’re truly sorry for the stress it caused. Being charged after asking to cancel is upsetting, and that’s not the experience we want anyone to have. We’d like to look into your case properly, so could you please write to us at [email protected]? We’ll go through it with you and do our best to put things right.
The models used did not look like me! I could not choose other models only caucasian models. I wish there were other models like African Americans, Asian, Hispanic etc. more inclusive. The cancelation was easy after sending an email and proof of purchase. Thank you

Hello Shauna! Thank you for sharing this so honestly. Everyone should be able to see themselves in the app, and we’re sorry the models didn’t feel like they reflected you. We’re passing your feedback on to our team, and we’re glad the cancellation went smoothly. Wishing you all the best 🩷
