OEM Toner is expensive no matter where you buy it. I bought from Quikship Toner because they were slightly less expensive. They shipped promptly and the delivery estimate was right on.

I was very disappointed in the service i received. I ordered toner and was advised that i would receive it within about 5 day. I checked the UPS tracker and my order was delivered to California and I live in Hampton, Virginia. I called the company and had the items reshipped out. I feel like because this was an error on their part that i should of at least had my order reshipped to me at their expense next day. When i called customer service, they acted like they didn't care and were not going to go out of their way to compensate me for a mistake they made.I will not use this company again.

I was skeptical about ordering refurbished ink cartridges. I've ordered them before and seriously wasted money. The ink cartridge I received from you works like a charm. Thank you, I have a business printer and these dude's are very expensive. Your cartridge's are very affordable and save me about $80.00 each. Great savings!

Would do it again

I was very pleased with how fast I received my order. I ordered one day and within two days, I received the shipment. Who wouldn't be pleased with that kind of service?
