So far I've had no issues - the toner was shipped quickly and it is working great.

Easy to order and great prices too. Arrives quickly and in good shape. The only issue with the generic toner cartridges is they are not quiet as good as the originals. I 've had some where the toner powder has leaked a little and they do not seem to last quiet as long. But considering the price I go with them over the high prices direct from manufacture!

Would do it again

Love the discounts, they have saved us lots of money! Could improve on customer service, it took months to get our account set up. Other than that I have been very satisfied.

Can't beat em!

The order shipped quickly and arrived in good shape. The SKU was different from what I ordered, but it did work. My objection was, the cost of the shipping was about 3X the cost of the toner.
