I had a great experience with QUIC.cloud support. I lost access to the email linked to my account, but Ashok helped me resolve the issue quickly and efficiently through DNS verification. The transfer was completed in no time. Very professional and helpful customer service!

Image Optimization not stable - stopped after 4x%, running credits like crazy, +/- 24hours with support not resolving the problem. Since website live with traffic of customers, i made the decision to delete all optimized photos, disconnect the quic.cloud and connect again. So it worked but credits have been used of course. Root-cause for image optimization has been not found but problem was resolved. Quic Cloud decision was not to redeem the credits for PAYG image optimization anymore, what is crazy business approach
