Very well built & comfortable. Only issue was a bolt that was to tight so I couldn’t adjust the handlebars. Company was very understanding & sent a replacement stem.

This company is very responsive to inquiries. One of my orders did not arrive but the backup was great. They identified the issue and corrected it. The order is in shipping now. I would do business with these guys again. For me, how you back the sale is most important, I can buy the same stuff from others retailers but I prefer Quality Quest Bikes

Quality quest bikes service department was very helpful in, trying to resolve the problem with my trike. How ever I'm not pleased with the manufacturer quality control a simple opening and closing of the hinge have revield the problem at the factory and corrected before shipping
