You had two active Subscribe & Save orders for Qualia Senolytic. One of those subscriptions was canceled prior to renewal, and the second remained active in your account. Because that subscription had not been canceled, the renewal order on August 12 processed and shipped. As soon as you reached out, we reviewed your account history, provided documentation showing the cancellation status of each subscription, and sent instructions for generating a prepaid return label. Once the product was returned, we issued a full refund promptly. We don't send automatic reminder emails before every subscription cycle, but customers can opt in to receive renewal reminders at any time by reaching out to our support team to have that feature enabled. We understand how easy it can be to overlook a second active subscription, and we’re glad we were able to resolve the situation quickly once it was returned.
