High price but everyone is gouging, this seemed “reasonable” Delivery faster than expected.

Everything is good except it take too long to get a price match. Customer should be able to get the price match and order at the same time

We aspire to assist our customers as quickly as possible and to the best satisfaction possible. There are some situations where we need to contact our vendors, or other parties, to get the best answer or solution to a customer inquiry. In those cases, our response may not be as quick as we aim to achieve. We look forward to serving you again in the future.
The new website is different, so it'll just take some getting used to. I wasn't aware that the change would be made or that I'd have to get extra help trying to get my account loaded and the pricing right, but the team was helpful in getting everything resolved. My next order should go much smoother.

Customer service at Qsource was great for the foot rest I ordered, however the delay in receiving this item was a little excessive from the time of promised delivery.
