You need to be prepared and have all your paperwork ready to fill out the forms. Otherwise, fairly easy to follow instructions. Still waiting on results.

Interface was easy to use but if you have any questions at all, don't expect any help whatsoever. Their toll free phone line is always busy and you have to leave a message that no one returns. And their "Contact Us" email address is no better, sent a message on Mar 21st and still havent rec'd a reply as of Mar 28th.

Good recommendations in the documents, easy to use software, great links to Thousands of individual plans and output was approved by my reviewing company.

Great site a lot of people would use the site if they knew what aQDRO was all about

The process of having the forms filled out was very easy. Would be nice if there were clear information that tells you exactly what happens at every step of the process. Also would be nice to get some kind of confirmation the the "Plan Administrator" has received the documentation for the pre-approval.

I am so impressed - for the cost, and then to my absolute surprise and delight - I received a letter in the mail that the QDRO was approved by the plan administrator in - get this - less than a week of the creation and signature by the Court! Wow - I will use this service again.

QdroDesk - Easy to navigate the website. I had some questions while completing the Qdro Form. I called the customer service phone number. The respresentative was so very helpful. She was very knowledgable and answered my all of questions and concerns.
