Puro Sound LabsReviews of purosound.com

Puro Sounds headphones are an excellent product with great noise limiting features, an important factor for any parent! Their customer service is absolutely second to none, Breanna was very helpful and sorted out our problems…again!! Thank you Puro Sounds you are a breath of fresh air!

I would like to share my experience with Puro headphones and their outstanding customer service! I recently purchased the children’s headphones from Puro and I am absolutely thrilled. These headphones not only come in an appealing design, but they also offer excellent sound quality—perfect for little ears! However, I would especially like to highlight the world-class support I received. When I had a small question regarding the features, I was quickly and pleasantly assisted by the Puro team. The staff was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and truly took the time to assist me. It is rare these days to experience such personal and dedicated customer service, and this made my experience with Puro Sound Laps even better. I highly recommend these headphones and the company Puro Sound Laps! For all parents searching for high-quality, child-friendly headphones, Puro is definitely the right choice. Thank you for your great work and fantastic support! Best regards,

I placed order. I didn’t receive but company saying delivered :( they don’t help me :(

Have had 2 of Puro Sound Labs "BT2200s Volume Limited Bluetooth Headphones with Built-In Mic" for our children for a little over 3 years. Expensive but good quality and we have been satisfied with them - until they reached an age of a little more than 3 years. Then the batteries died. And to my surprise it is not possible to change the batteries in these expensive headphones marketed as high-end high-quality headphones for children. Sorry to say but no more Puro products for this family.
