A delivery of filters went wrong and I had not received them. I called and spoke to Max who shipped out a second filter order. Got those shortly after with no problem. Not sure what happened to the first order but very satisfied with the company response to make things right.

I like the filters but you only sell them on your website. I’m nervous you will stop selling them all together. You used to sell them on Amazon. If not Amazon, why not EBay or some other site?

Easy ordering and fast delivery

Ordering was easy. Delivery was fast. Product was what I ordered.

I ordered a water cooler. The delivery was quick where it arrived in a week. I was excited only to find out what arrived wasn't the model I ordered and looks like I ordered from Ikea! I opened the box by cutting down all corners peeling it like a banana so don't see any way of returning. I'm trying to stay positive making it a project by putting it together and finding ways to cover the cracks. Wish me luck on if it actually works. If doesn't, I wasted my money buying and going to Home Depot for parts.
