Thanks Direno for the 5 star review! We really appreciate your business and for the kind words.
My experience there waws a sign outside the RD 26 in Madera for 1st month rent half off first month rent. When I decided to go with Purely Storage this did help me decide. when I went into the office to rent a space the young women was nice. When I asked about the special she said oh that special is no longer running. I said the sign says there is the half special she again stated it's no longer valid since we are now almost full. I said you have take that sign down that's not kool for people thinking that they will get a first month break with that special. The sign was still up 3wks after. I haven't driven by to see if it is still up. On a good note the storage space was clean.

Yolanda, thank you for your review. The special should still be in effect. Give me a call and I will correct it for you. 949-273-9770. Brad
Amazing customer service! Fiama was very helpful and made sure we were able to access the storage unit even late at night, as we were traveling from San Francisco. She was able to make all the arrangements over the phone and help us outside the normal business hours. The storage unit was higher than 8 ft and that really helped. Great experience! Would recommend!
