Our company is very sorry this happened to you Mr. Nelson and we understand your frustrations. We do our best to provide a well-lit enclosed area with security cameras and have our staff doing daily walk-throughs to ensure a secure space for your belongings, however sometimes these unfortunate incidents can still occur. I have let Brad know that you haven’t gotten his responses but you can also forward your letters onto [email protected] to ensure they are being delivered and heard.
