Great, cheap mail! If it's only you using the account for light usage the starting balance can last you a while. It's very reliable and emails come and go fast!

I gave up hosting email on my server for this. It has all the features you really need and you can't beat the price.

You need to understand mail routing and basic networking to use this service. For tech savvy and homelab or small business, non critical email this is a very good service.

It works great, I saved a lot of money and stress :)

Update: After the trustpilot review I was given aother chance. I appreciate it, thank you ________ Trustpilot did not put my review but people need to know this ok. Just because its only 10 bucks, it does not mean that we don't deserve to be told that you would stop outgoing mail. I only realized after my clients called me and said that they did not get my emails. Purely Mail portrayed themselves as boing without limits and suddenly canceled without so much as an opportunity to know that we had "breached terms of conditions", though their terms stated nothing about not allowing marketing. Mind you they sent a screenshot of an email I sent promoting my book. This could have been handled with more tact. I was not aware that I was doing anything wrong, you could have simply given me a heads up. Zero care if someone's business flops as a result of somethis like this. Just beware before signing up.

Super easy to use. Easy to track spend on email. Good documentation. Feels very customizable. I've not had any issues of bounce back. Have used it for a while now and will continue to. Routing feature is easy, domain additions are simple. There's never a feeling of being pressed to buy any additional service. Have never needed to use customer service (documentation straightforward).

Great service for 'power-users'. Very affordable!

I've deposited 10$ into this site, and I like it a ton! No spam, fast email delivery and a full guide to link it to any domain you can imagine. However, I got charged monthly while I barely used it. It was because I was defaulted to the "Simple" plan type, which charged me about 0.35 USD per month. I lost a ton of money from it, but have switched to "Advanced", so it should hopefully not happen again.
