The soap did not melt properly. I would probably never buy again.

Hello, Izzy, we do apologize for your experience with our soap base. Our soap bases are actually one of our top sellers. We are sorry that this was a miss for you. We always advise our customers to heat the soap between 120-150 degrees Fahrenheit in order for the soap to melt without over heating. We also recommend cutting the soap into small cubes for a quicker melting time! You can melt in a double boiler or in the microwave. This was my first order and I was impressed by the efficiency of ordering and delivery. Everything arrived in perfect condition and was excellent quality.

This store had the lotion pumps I needed when all other suppliers were out of stock. I also bought stearic acid. The prices are also a great value.
