Hello, Izzy, we do apologize for your experience with our soap base. Our soap bases are actually one of our top sellers. We are sorry that this was a miss for you. We always advise our customers to heat the soap between 120-150 degrees Fahrenheit in order for the soap to melt without over heating. We also recommend cutting the soap into small cubes for a quicker melting time! You can melt in a double boiler or in the microwave. Please contact if you would like to discuss your experience further. Thank you for your patience with our company.

Kenn, We do apologize for the miscommunication when it came to your order. We work very hard to ensure our packages are packed safely and thoroughly to avoid as much damage as possible. Before our packages leave our facility we ensure that they are damage free and as secure as we possibly can. Unfortunately because of the high volume of packages and the distance they travel. Many carriers face damage to packages and we try our hardest to accommodate any damages done by the carriers as best as we can. Please let us know if there is anything we can do, feel free to email us at [email protected] so we can assist your further. Thank you for your understanding and we appreciate your business greatly!
