Great service, timely answers when emailed, and very helpful. The puppy pads did their advertised job! We were very pleased with them. I bought 2 and received 1 free. Had them placed at each outside door and our puppy learned to go on them and eventually outside. It worked great!

My going puppy really struggled to go to any pads, no matter how many, out where they were dotted around. These pads have changed everything, and I couldn’t be happier. She struggled to stay with, and went between the pads. But over time, and with a lot of patience, it finally clicked in little head. The only time she misses now is if she’s stressed or didn’t get to the pad in time. The delivery of the pads was frustrating, as they seemed to take forever to arrive from China-I thought they were made in the States. Took a couple of weeks to arrive. You need a distribution centre in the UK for people who need them as soon as possible, because the wait is a killer when your home is getting ruined.
