Better communication from the company if they’re out of a colour. I had placed an order and waited a couple weeks before I actually reached out to find out where the order was. Thankfully, I reached Emma who researched and found out that the colour I had ordered was out of stock. She offered to get me another colour and kept in contact with me through the process. Emma’s customer service was excellent and I appreciate her very much. The company is lucky to have her.

My 15 yr old dachshund adapted pretty well to using your pad. Not 100% but pretty good for his age. I am happy not having to keep buying paper pads

This was a reorder. Their Puppy Pads are Fantastic. They hold up well. I have had mine for years and washed them many many times. I use them in the bed in case my dog has an accident which she doesn’t anymore. But when she was small she did and they never leaked. Great product. Highly recommend.

The pads work great and hold up well. Having a subscription for the Laundry Detergent Pads will assure you never run out. It's easy to pause when necessary thanks to Emma if you're getting too many. I only have one complaint keeping me from giving it a 5 star rating. Emma gave it her best shot but couldn't get it through Congress. More often than we'd like to mention Wilbur (male Chihuahua) would "hide" his work (Waldo) and it would blend in with the pattern on the pads in the bathroom and kitchen. Whether it was bringing in several trips of groceries, cooking, meal prep, concentrating on a task, or needing to use the facilities in a hurry we sometimes didn't see "Waldo" hiding there until he was leaving footprints from our shoes throughout the room. "Waldo" would sneak in there no matter how many times we recently went through the room. "Waldo" sneaked in swiftly and quietly while Wilbur watched from a distance afraid someone might be mad. Once we cleaned up "Waldo" and his footprints Wilbur would go back to his position of being underfoot keeping an eye on us. I would suggest a smaller pattern where Waldo and sometimes even his "children" can't hide. For us it resembled pondering your next chess move every time we walked through the room instead of just scanning the pads. Great memories! : ) Thank you Emma for trying! Dave

getting back to me but disappointed that an elder dog may take 2 weeks or more to use the pad.

My dog uses the pad for wetting which is good but for messing not always. When she wets it has a strong odor. It is much better then the paper ones. I will continue to use them

Customer care person was gracious to extend my renewal of the laundry detergent.

They were immediate in solving our issue.
