Emma was very kind and understanding when I explained that I recently lost my dog and wasn’t ready for another puppy yet. Puppypad is a fantastic company and have amazing products! The pads do not smell and the washing sheets remove most of, if not all stains. I give them thumbs up for the product and the extraordinary customer service.

The puppy pads and the laundry sheets work great together. I bought extra pads in case some wore out and I have not had to open them up yet. Such a great product, both of my dogs love them! I also called customer service at one point to change my delivery schedule of the laundry sheets, they were so easy to reach, kind, and my request was handled right away.
