Fantastic product that really works! We calculated cost of these pads compared to disposable and Puppy Pads are cheaper. They look much nicer in the house and the smell is gone. Excellent product and excellent customer service

I am new to using pads but my rescue pup was apparently trained on them. I used disposable at first, but saw the ad on FB & the foster mom used one when we were visiting soon after adoption, so I bought yours. She was good at the disposables so I was a bit concerned, but she used yours when I lined the disposable & yours end to end. I had some issues in the beginning and your customer service (Emma) responded very quickly to help with an order issue and again with questions about laundering. She was friends, positive and helped me so much. This is unusual these days to get this level of service. PS: I love that tons of disposables will not be adding to our environmental issues.

I had tried them about 6 months ago and they were great, but as time has gone on our little old man has gotten worse, so I ordered 3 more and we're not sorry at all. They are GREAT. Just wash them, throw them in the dryer and they are ready for more!!! If need be I will be ordering more. GREAT PRODUCT
