An update - Since my review, Puppy Pad has refunded my purchase and is sending me a puppy bed. I’m happy with their response! Terrible experience. My dog will not use the PuppyPad. He was using disposable pads consistently, but after trying PuppyPad, he’s peeing all over the house. I don’t have a problem with PuppyPad about the non-use. I have a major problem with trying to get them to honor their 90 day return policy. I’m well within the 90 days and have contacted them several times. I get an auto email in response saying to contact them if I need help. I keep telling them I need help, but so far, I haven’t gotten any.

My Two Fur Babies I am thrilled with the fact that there is NO MORE pee all under the Puppy Pad with this rug. It is absolutely beautiful, and I no longer have leaks. Easy to clean, and while one dries, the other can be used. I have a fan blowing on it that helps extend usage. Purchasing these Puppy Pads (pads) rugs is the best decision ever! I already had a spot for the leaky pee pads, and this is so much safer because it never slides or makes you fall like ordinary pee pads can and DO!

Ordered the pads in September. They were shipped from Mainland China. We always try to buy USA products. Never aware of that location. Have been in contact with this company 10+ times. They apologized and offered a refund and an additional bed because of the confusion. Did receive the pads on 10/10 was delivered to my neighbors house. Never received my 99.00 credit nor the additional bed promised. Got an email today about the beds shipping number unfortunately it was the tracking number for the pads already received. Washed the first pad today it was so wrinkled I am not sure it will lay flat again. It's supposedly a small company let's see how long they are in business!

I have used the product longer (over 20 years) than they have been in business and it works. So this business is honest about the usefulness of the washable peepad.

For 16 wonderful years we had two twin brothers, Black Lab and Chow , the last year of both their lives they suffered leaking at night and the other stopped alerting to go outside... both not at once but eventually two having issues... I like many considered diapers at night and that was a nightmare.. then of coarse we went to the blue disposable floor pads, having to throw away even unused because of tearing apart from nails ... so frustrating and costly.... while on internet I discovered this product, we first ordered two of the large pads, loved but unsure of quality , after a week or so of use we ordered two or three more.... after months of no sleep nights and frustrating events we could finally sleep and not worry about our rugs an hardwood floors...... so wonderful we could take outside and hose off if needed and then just throw in washing machine.... never had a problem with quality from washing..... they alone allowed us to continue to love our boys for at least another year before loosing them to health issues ... they certainly helped with quality of life in the last year of there long life... I thank this company for marketing such a great product...

I wasn't sure about the puppy pads but ordered them and so glad I did. I made an error and Mia took care of it and kept me informed the entire way. Outstanding customer service! Then I received the pads and they exceeded my expectations. I love them and my 2 pups like and use them. Five stars for sure!

My first puppy pad leaked but in fact all the others were excellent.

After spending LOTS of $$ on disposable potty pads for my mama pup and litter I found out about puppy pads. Ordered them and life for all of us has been greatly improved! Not only do the "rugs" look fantastic, they're so easy to clean. I bought two sets and switch them out as needed. Best investment ever, highly recommend. 🙂
