I ordered over 165.00 worth of items and never got them - I was just told that they were delivered and a polite I am sorry. Talk to the post office. I am writing the Better Business Bureau next. I have never received such horrible Customer service in my Life. I work for a VERY LARGE shipping company (could be the same one they told me to contact)and I did my own investigation and it was not deserved to my house.

I was delighted when my pads arrived. Beautiful design, wonderful grip to them, (cute little paw prints too) so no sliding and risking life and limb!! I have recommended them to friends and family who have bought them too. Well packaged and dispatched when they said they would be. All round excellent experience.

The pad does not work for my dog. Please tell me how to return and get my $$ back. This is the 3 rd request I’ve made Finally got ahold of this company, and they offered me the choice of returning the pad in its original wrapping, or give me 20% back and keep the pad. They say they offer an free trial, and $$ back guarantee. If you believe this, I've got a piece of real estate in Somali CHEAP

Love the PuppyPad product, it does everything they say it does. However, somehow without awareness, I apparently signed up to receive laundry detergent sheets on autoship. Company has a phone #, but that # refers you to their email. It claims on the notification email for the detergent sheets, that it is easy to cancel, NO it is NOT easy to cancel! I have sent my cancellation into the void, we'll see how it goes. Buyer beware!! Again, the pee pads are a great product, the autoship of unwanted merch, not so much.

Hi CJ, Can you please reach out to us at [email protected] and we can get that cancelled for you right away. We do not have a hidden subscription for the detergent sheets. You selected that option at checkout. You clicked that you wanted the detergent sheets.
neither one of my 2 older pups will use the pads. now what do I do? I am back to mopping floors and buying pads which I layer with the puppy pads. No luck

I put this pad down 3 weeks ago. None of our dogs have used it once. Bogus claim and worthless pad. $70 spent on a worthless piece of fabric.

I had to wait a month to receive order. My dog does not like it or use it. My dog is 17 yrs. Old and started to pee by my toilet in the night mostly on a rug I had there. So at night I would put the puppy pad there. My dog started peeing in the doorway 3 feet away. If I removed the pad he would pee by toilet. I wiped his pee on one of the Puppy Pads thinking he would smell his scent. Once again he peed in doorway. The pad I wiped his pee up with smelled really bad the next morning so it does not absorb the pee sent. The pads are not of quality material I was expecting and it was not a fake it was purchased from PUPPYPAD.CO NY I pad $99.00 for 3. I will attempt to get a refund they did always respond when I kept checking for shipping information. But depending on the time limit to receive refund. If they go from date of purchase, date of shipping which was out of country or date I actually received the pads I'm very don't expect a refund. I will just buy an extra bathroom rug for 15.00 and wash it considering it is more durable then the puppy pad and actually more absorbent and so far have not had the bad smell I had with puppy pad. But I had to try with what they were stating in their advertising.
