I received the puppy pad but my dog refused to use it. I have contacted the company five or six times for a refund but have not received a reply. The first attempt was about three days after I received the pad. It has never been used. This appears to be a scam about receiving a refund.

I have ordered and used puppy pads for years. They come in cute patterns and colors. I have three dogs and my little ones can't wait long to potty. I think they have smaller bladders. They went to these right away and there is no mess or odor. The paper ones I used to buy didn't hold the liquid and fell apart. I have about 10 of these and can change them often, throw them in the washer and dryer. I have a little Maltese boy and female poodle. No messes for me to clean up on my floor. I have a Golden Retriever boy who only used these a few times when I couldn't get him outside. These pads are so strong they held even my big dogs urine. Buy these they are worth the money.

Ordered Oct 21st, 2025. Patiently waiting for delivery. No contact, to give me an update. Finally got a basic, sorry email, Nov 7th. The only contact from this company, I had to initiate. Last contact was Nov 17. A generic "how are you". I did not order my regular disposable pads, expecting a delivery from them. It is now, Dec. I am a disabled veteran, on a fixed income, who doesn't really have a lot of disposable income. Way beyond angry! Absolutely no contact

I tried another company. When I got them they where thin and I had a hard time making the pups use them, thankfully I only bought 2. When I looked at the ad for better ones these looked promising. The pads where everything I was looking for. I bought 6 and don't regret it. They are worth every penny!! Shipping and delivery was super fast.

All three of my dogs used it right away. The pee pads are very easy to wash and care for. I found I did a bit more washing but it saves alot on the environment and landfill. This is a trusted product. I bought several as Three chi pee alot.
