PuppyPadReviews of puppypad.co

We have 3 dogs, and we have been getting the pee pads for years. I hate to think how much we have spent. When I saw the advertisement for the PuppyPad, I liked that they had different designs, and the slip proof backing, and the Buy 3 get 3 Sale. They are a nice size as well and WASHABLE! The dogs are using them, and I don't have to worry about running out of the pads. They are well made, and according to the advertisement will last about a year before I will need new ones, for which my wallet Thanks you :) Keep up the good work! Belmont, Hazel and Grace Thank you as well. Great Purchase - Not Sorry! You won't be sorry either! Buy them. :)

The pads are so compelling I’ve had to work to make sure my fully trained adult dog goes outside still and not on the pad!

My experience with this product is the excellent customer service and recommendations on how best to employ this amazing product for your furry loved ones. May times, you don’t get good people to support you in times of need or doubt, but the team at PuppyPad, Jules & Sarah makes everything so easy and you know you are in good hands!

I’m really disappointed by the false claim they make about their “90-day risk free trial.” My little chihuahua is a rescue and would not go near it at all. She has a lot of trauma issues and I expected she would be slow to warm. Alas, it didn't work and the pad was unused and in pristine condition. I emailed the CS team and it took them several day to answer. Long story short - they wanted me to pay for shipping OR take a 75% haircut on the refund and just keep the pad that I cannot use because my dog has too much trauma. Below please see my response: I’m sick of going back and forth about this but you should reconsider stating on your website that you provide a “90-day risk free guarantee.” It’s not risk free as you make me either spend money on return shipping or have to take a 75% cut on my refund. That’s pretty disingenuous. Especially since your own colleague said I could get a shipping label from you emailed to me, which you now refute. My rescue dog never ever touched the pad so it is in resealable condition. With that being said, I can’t drive to a courier due to my broken ribs. I’m left with no other option but to take the 25% refund. Thus, please proceed with the partial refund.

Shipping was fast, pads are cute, durable, and remain in place on the floor. Our 9 week old Frenchton puppy (that we’ve had for 5 days) took right to the Puppy Pads! I was skeptical at first but am now a super grateful believer— it is frigid in New England and I appreciate fewer trips outside for puppy potty breaks. Highly recommend :)

I'm reviewing puppypad.co. Tried their "amazing" pee pads for our shih tzu, who is litterbox trained. Tried everything and she would not transition so I contacted the company, which is very difficult because they make it impossible to find their contact info. When I bought them it was written on the purchase page (and I read the refund policy) that you could try them out for a full refund within 90 days if your dog wouldn't use it. I did that but was then told they won't take them back "for hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns for opened or used PuppyPads." That was the point of the 90 days - to try them out! Can't do that in plastic packaging. And I noticed the refund policy has been changed to make it more difficult. Still 90 days but with rules that benefit them. No refund for us even though that was the promise. Don't buy from them; if the pads don't work the company is a scam and you will NOT get your money back. The returns address is in Watertown, Wisconsin. I'm ashamed they are located in my state. What a rip off.

Love it! My dog didn’t waste time using it.

Response and shipping time were awesome. By the way the product as far as I've seen (workmanship, materials and finished product is superb. Thank you so much.
