These pads are wonderful!! They work really well. I have a stubborn toy poodle who will not do her business outside when it's very cold. She found the pad right away. Shipping was very fast and they look much nicer than dog pads.

I ordered in November. I have not received that pads and the shipping updates have not shown any update in weeks. The company refuses to send a new order or refund me. These pads were for potty training a litter of puppies. Most have now gone to new homes so it was $100 wasted

My Yorkie and Frenchie have to stay inside during winter weather. I was tired of cleaning up after they would shred the disposable pads everyday. I wasn’t sure they would adapt but they did! I bought 9 large pads and the puppy detergent sheets on monthly reorder. I put down 3 pads and I even pick up number 2 to flush. They last a couple of days before washing. This has made my busy time of the year less hectic by not having to mop up a mess every night when I get home. So glad I found your ad. Love, Lucky and Coco Bean

I had a problem with ordering on the computer. So I sent a couple of emails and someone called me from Puppypad and we resolved the issue.

I bought 6 pads from the company. I got a bit worried when there was not much communication. In fact there was no ship receipt or quick thanks for purchasing, in the bag They finally came today and my little ones started using it right away. However, because I needed a recall of this products' quality, use, etc I started Googling "puppy pads". Several places popped up. All exactly alike in every possible way except who was sellling them.and claiming the same thing with the pheromones. Only thing... their cost was only $5-7!

Hi Denise, I'm glad they worked for you. We did send you order confirmation emails but you may have entered the wrong email at checkout And those are knock-offs pretending to be us. The scent is patented. We've had alot of people try them and they dont contain the scent so they dont work... Often times they dont even ship the products out. Avoid them at all costs. You get what you pay for
Great pads, and my dogs had no trouble using them. Easy to wash. Highly recommend!
