Great product, best pads we have found in the market, super happy with them, especially no odor, washable and durable helping the environment as well. We have an 13 yr old dog and we are grateful for any additional month with her, but daily routines become increasingly challenging so PuppyPads really help us. Thank you, keep going and expanding capacity and patterns 😁👍🏻. You rock! 💯

My two pups were not attracted to the pads. They showed no interest what-so-ever. After learning that I would not get my $99 returned, I decided to try the pad on two of my neighbors’ dogs. They also showed no interest. Luckily is had used PayPal so I’m turning to them for support.

Hi Robert & Betty Lou, I'm so sorry to hear about your experience, and I want to personally apologize that this wasn't handled the way it should have been. Your satisfaction has always been our top priority, and it sounds like we fell short here. We tried reaching out by phone but it went to voicemail. When you get the chance, could you give us a call back? We want to make sure you receive your full refund...that's absolutely what you deserve. And because of the inconvenience this has caused, we'd also love to send you a little gift from our team as our way of saying sorry.
These pads are great!! We were using the disposable pads and spending too much money on them ... and wasteful!! They are super absorbent and I love that I can pop them in the washer and reuse. The non-slip backing keeps them in place. I bought the five-pack so I can rotate out.

Received my order of cleaning pads way before I finished my first box. Which is a major plus

I bought these for my dog when I go to work and no one is home. They liik good quality. I'm not sure that my dog has used them. But there have been no wet patches in my home either..

Your product is AMAZING! My 10 week old puppies started using them right out of the box. I am VERY impressed, and definitely recommend them to anyone that has fur babies.
