After I had realized I ordered the wrong size of puppy pads, I reached out to customer service to see if they could possibly help me return and/or exchange for the larger ones. They were extremely helpful and eager to make me happy with our purchase. I appreciate "Queeny" and everything she did to get our larger puppy pads. So far, we love them!

I bought this PuppyPad after seeing their Instagram ad promising amazing results and a “full refund” guarantee. Let me be very clear: my dog has not used this pad ONCE. He hasn't even stepped on it. He walks right past it and pees on the rug like it doesn’t even exist. I followed their instructions. I placed it in the same spot. I tried the scent transfer. Nothing. It’s as blank as the day it arrived. What’s even more frustrating is the customer service. Instead of honoring a full refund like their advertising suggests, they immediately pushed partial refunds - first 30% after my initial email, then 50% - all while insisting I keep the product. Why would I want to keep something that does not work at all? They also said I could return it for a refund, but only after shipping it back (at my expense). For such an expensive product that was heavily marketed as risk-free, this feels misleading, and an honorable company would send me a label rather than make me pay to get a refund for something that DOES NOT WORK! On top of that, shipping took around a month to arrive. I am beyond frustrated. I paid a high price for something that has provided zero value and caused more stress and cleaning in my home. A “life-changing” product shouldn’t require weeks of hoping your dog magically decides to acknowledge it. If you’re considering this because of the refund promise - be prepared for a massive headache with no refund. Extremely disappointed, and frustrated.
