When we got our puppy we bought 3 puppy pads and the Oder removing spray in case of accident. Or puppy has since been house broken. We loved the great customer service and great products! I have already recommended your products to friends and family. Keep up the great work!

Emma responded quickly and she was able to push the pad and detergent sheet delivery out for several months to allow me to use up what I have on hand. Now that the weather is warmer and the days are longer, my fur babies are using the outdoors for their potty needs. Emma was very courteous and made me feel like a valued customer!

Emma had really good suggestions for my puppy. I had already tried some of the methods without success. Since I am handicapped & use a walker, I am unable to use the confined space method. My puppy uses the pads for "play" & walks on them; one or two times he will use them for potting. I used them for over 1 month with little results.
