The customer service response is amazing with this company. Emma got back to me immediately regarding some questions about the pad that I have purchased for my two small dogs. You don’t find that kind of customer service anymore. It’s just order take my money leaving questions about the product up in the air with no response from anyone. Not this company. I highly recommend that you purchase the pads and don’t delay if you have any questions or concerns.

The Puppy Pad People have excellent customer service/support, especially involving ANY issues you have. Their response time is always prompt and they readily change delivery schedules and/or shipments as needed. I highly recommend them, and their products! Have been using the Puppy Pads with great success for a few months now. Honestly get the feeling that they CARE, not just about the success of their products, but more importantly about the pets that use them, and their pep parents. Exemplary!!!
