The product actually works, unlike the other brand I bought with the pad that looks exactly the same. NOT even remotely the same results. Dog hates wet grass, the reason we got the Puppy pad. After he was guided to it after being out in the wet, he used the pad!!! AND the customer service folks are actual humans and extremely helpful. No matter the question. Couldn’t be happier!

I dealt with Emma in customer service. She was fantastic and gave me step-by-step instructions. I followed them and did exactly what she told me to do. I sent her the routing information for my return and she responded almost immediately. At this difficult time it just made me feel good that this was dealt with so efficiently. This company has lied from the get go! None of the items ship from WI. They all shipped from China and in 2 separate shipments! They also are not honoring their guarantee of No HASSLES, NO QUESTIONS, Get a Full Refund! Our puppy has not even sniffed this product. He hasn’t no interest in it what-so-ever! First they offered a 10% refund & today they upped it from 10.00 to $15.00. I PAID $50! I’m exhausted just trying to get my money back from them! They don’t honor anything they state on their website & their E-Mail address is no where to be found! Shady & don’t back their product as claimed! I was finally able to get a full refund & I didn’t have to return the product.
