PuppyPadReviews of puppypad.co

I wanted to share our success story with these training pads. For months, we struggled to housebreak our new puppy. However, after introducing your leak-proof pads, we finally made a breakthrough. She is now fully trained to go outside, but also knows she can safely use these pads as a reliable backup when needed. This product has been a lifesaver and completely eliminated our need to use medical under-pads (chucks). Thank you to the team for developing such an effective, high-quality solution!

My puppy loves the pads and she is using them already!

Emma was very responsive, sweet, complimentary and resolved my issue quickly. She was kind enough to offer me options as well. Great representation of PuppyPads. Love your products as well. All done potty training. I will gift my pads. Your company is awesome.

Customer service with this company is stellar! I worked with Emma and she responded quickly and with skill. I so appreciate a company that I can quickly get a response from and a solution that works well for me. I will continue to do business with this company because of their responsiveness, dependability, and reliability.

I appreciated the personal communications My dog of 18 years passed away and the company personnel was able to stop my auto shipments and offered me sympathy.

Customer service was prompt with responses. Kind with words. Efficient. Before order and after.

The puppy pads work great and look good too. My Bailee started using hers right away. My only complaint is regarding the amount of time it took for them to arrive. I thought I was ordering from the US, but they took so long they may have come from China. Usually I don't pay too much attention to the delivery time, but I had a new puppy and was really needing these pads. They do work very well tho, and they have a non-slip bottom and are pretty heavy duty. I really like them. The puppy pads work great and look good too. My Bailee started using hers right away.
