Best customer service I’ve ever had was from Emma at Puppypad. She responded within minutes of my request and even followed up with me to make sure I was satisfied. Can’t say enough good things about Emma. She was GREAT!!

After unsuccessfully trying to order enzyme spray and washing sheets, Emma has come to my rescue by finding out how I can order these items. The washing sheets are ordered and I'm waiting for a link for the enzyme spray. She has diligently kept me up to date on her progress on my behalf. I love these products and Mitzi always uses the pads since they first arrived. Yah! No more paper pads!

I received a quick response of helpful tricks to get my dog to use the pad. She has been outside trained and we are trying to get her to use potty pads for more convenience due to long work hours.
